If you forget your Vision+ password, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
- On the log-in screen, click the 'Reset Password' link.
- You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Vision+ account.
- After entering your email address, click the 'Send Code' button.
- Check your email inbox for a message from Vision+ containing a 6-digit verification code. If you do not receive the code, check your spam or junk folder, or click the 'Send again' link to request a new code.
- Once you receive the email with the verification code, enter the code into the '6 digits verification code' field in the Vision+ app and select 'Verify.'
- You will then be prompted to create a new, strong password.
- After entering and confirming your new password, click 'Reset Password' to complete the process.
A validation screen will confirm that your password has been successfully changed and invite you to log in again using your new password.
