To begin using your Vision+ system, you need to pair your device with the app. Follow these steps to complete the pairing process seamlessly. From the dashboard, select 'Add Home'. A walk-through will be displayed, guiding you through each step of the process.
First, read carefully and follow the on-screen instructions in the Vision+ app and select 'Generate the Code.' The code will be displayed in the app, along with an animated image showing you where to enter the code on your device.
Once the code is displayed, follow these steps on the device:
- Select the bars menu.
- Tap on the signal icon.
- Choose 'Pairing Code' where the code from the app needs to be entered.
- Enter the generated code and validate by selecting the dedicated icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
Once these steps are completed, the Vision+ app will refresh and display a message confirming that the device has been paired. While this process is designed to be almost instantaneous, it can sometimes take a bit longer, so please wait until the process is fully complete.
