After successfully pairing your Central Unit with the Vision+ app, you will be prompted to name your home. This step helps you easily identify your home within the app, especially if you manage multiple homes.
To name your home, follow these steps:
- After pairing, the Vision+ app will automatically prompt you to enter a name for your home.
- Type in a name that is easy to remember and distinguish. This could be something simple like 'Home', or more specific like 'Cottage House 🏡'.
Note that the name is limited to 20 characters, including spaces and emojis.
- The field will auto-save your input and you can proceed to the next step.
- Next, you will be prompted to enter your home address. This field is mandatory and auto-complete enabled to help you find and select your real address accurately.
Begin typing your address and select the correct one from the suggestions provided by the auto-complete feature. Ensure you enter a real and accurate address, as this will determine access to country-specific features.
After entering your home name and address, you have the option to either complete the setup process immediately or set a default home temperature:
- If you choose to complete the setup, select 'Set Up' to finish the home creation process.
- Alternatively, you can set a default home temperature.
Selecting 'Set Up' finalizes your home creation, making your Vision+ system ready for use. If you need to change the home name or address at any time, navigate to the home settings within the app and update the necessary information.
