You have the right to request a copy of your personal data stored by Vision+. Here’s how you can request your data:
- Accessing Privacy Settings: Open Vision+ and navigate to the settings menu by tapping the gear icon located in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Selecting Request Data: In the 'Account & Privacy' section, select 'Export personal data'.
- Submitting Request: Clicking this button will gather all your personal data (first name, last name, email address, home address, and account settings) and exports it as a CSV file. This file will then be sent as an email attachment to the address associated with your Vision+ account.
- Email Notification: You will receive an email from us with the subject 'GDPR request for information' and the CSV file attached.
