Overview
The Notification Center in Vision+ helps you keep track of important updates in one central place. Whether it's alerts about your system, reminders, or status updates, you can now conveniently retrieve, review, and manage your notifications with ease.
Accessing the Notification Center
To access the Notification Center, locate the bell icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, adjacent to the settings icon. If you have unread notifications, a red badge will appear on the bell icon, displaying the number of unread notifications up to nine; for counts exceeding nine, it will display "9+". Tap the bell icon to open the Notification Center and view your notifications.
Understanding Your Notifications
The Notification Center displays notifications from the past 30 days to ensure relevance. Unread notifications are presented in bold text on a light blue background, accompanied by a blue dot for easy identification, while read notifications appear in standard text. Each notification includes:
- A title summarizing the event.
- A timestamp, showing only the time for recent notifications and both date and time for older ones.
- The location name relevant to the notification.
- A truncated message, requiring a tap to view the full details.
Interacting with Notifications
To view the full content of a notification, simply tap on it. This action will open the complete message in a dedicated view and automatically mark the notification as read.
Empty Notification State
If there are no notifications to display, the Notification History will show a bell icon with dotted lines and the message: "No notifications yet. This is where you'll find your notifications for the past 30 days"
By utilizing the Notification History, you can efficiently manage your alerts, ensuring you stay informed about important updates within your Vision+ system.
